Payments

Deposit. 30% due within 3 days of reservation confirmation.

Balance. Due 60 days prior to arrival

Security Deposit. E 200 due 7 days prior to arrival. Refunded within 7 days post departure.

*When the entire property is booked at the small party rate /one bedroom, 1 or 2 people, the other bedroom remains closed and unused. Couples may wish to use this 2nd bedroom for an additional fee, of 200 euro per week.

*This property is not suitable for children under 8 years old as there are open stairs.
